LaPointe Law – 5 Years and Counting

Anniversaries are a great time to reflect – to look back on an event and see how things have worked out since then.  Tuesday was our Firm’s 5-year anniversary.  And of course, what would an anniversary be without the well-worn pronouncement about how the time has flown by.  Yes, it certainly has.

When we started the Firm, our vision was to create a workplace that was based on mutual respect for others, where people felt good coming to work every day, and where we could fulfill our promise to our trusted clients of always representing them efficiently, effectively and enthusiastically, and with true professionalism.  As employment attorneys, we counsel our clients all the time about implementing employment best practices, which really boils down to treating employees fairly and with dignity and respect.  If it’s good enough for our clients, it’s good enough for us.

As we look back on the last 5 years, we owe a huge debt of gratitude to our clients.  In providing them employment-related advice, and defending them against charges and lawsuits, we know we’re making a positive impact on their business and their lives.  We talk all the time about how important it is not only to be good lawyers for our clients, but to be their confidant, someone they can trust.  After all, trust is the key to building relationships and successful businesses.  We remain committed to heeding these important principles for many years to come.
